- Prior to the application window, Cluster Improvement and Integration Leads (CIILs) consult with their clusters via focus groups and consultations to gather the specific needs and requests of their clusters.
- CIILs and organisations are given the opportunity to discuss the needs of the cluster and the offerings which organisations can provide.
- Organisations submit applications during application period. Applications are based on discussed needs and offered activities to meet these needs.
- An award letter is then issued directly to the organisation being funded.
- The funded project returns signed acceptance section of the award letter and an invoice for the full award amount, quoting the unique Purchase Order Number. All paperwork is saved and sent to Finance.
- Once satisfied all paperwork is present and correct, Finance staff will process each invoice and Xero and it is approved on the system.
- Funds are then released to the organisation in the next payment run.
