Description: This project will promote mental health & wellbeing by increasing community accessible mental wellbeing supports through delivering peer support groups, promoting recovery from mental ill-health and increasing self-management, resilience and coping strategies with adults aged 16-35 across Lanarkshire, in a way that targets, engages and promotes participation and engagement of younger adults.
