Get Active - Bump to Birth and Beyond

Description: The project provides a range of activities and supports for families linked to a variety of antenatal and postnatal topics that aim to improve overall mental health and well-being. Also, the project provides an opportunity for parents (mainly new/young) to make friends in a positive and child friendly environment and gain a better understanding around the importance of key infant priorities.
