Hello and welcome to the new Community Solutions Programme website, here to provide you with all the resources and information you need to know about us and the services we provide.Â
Community Solutions is a successful, cross-sector health and social care investment and improvement programme for North Lanarkshire.
Established in 2012, it improves people’s health, wellbeing, quality of life, and equality by investing in community-led initiatives that build community, family, and individual strengths and resources - with a focus on prevention and early intervention.
The programme is an innovative, effective, and respected partnership and collaborative initiative between statutory and community and voluntary organisations and the public. Participating organisations include University Health and Social Care North Lanarkshire, North Lanarkshire Children’s Services Partnership, and Voluntary Action North Lanarkshire.

All Community Solutions funded organisations are required to provide information about their services to the national; 'A Local Information System for Scotland' - ALISS to help local people needing support find information readily.
To add your organisation’s activities and contact information to ALISS or to search for existing projects and other organisations, please use this website.
