Description: Building on the foundations of their previously funded project, they want to continue their existing co-location partnerships, offering more enhanced access to support and opportunities to target groups in the most deprived communities; offering direct intervention/prevention, tackling grass-root problems whilst providing a mentor for individuals to ensure a long-term approach, creating opportunities for volunteering and employment.
