Description: Helping carers to manage relationships, their transitioning role (e.g from partner to carer), and cope with the emotional toll of caregiving and bereavement while balancing their own self-care. Support groups will provide a space for people to share their experiences and develop strategies to communicate their needs, thereby reducing feelings of isolation and enhancing social support.
