Funding Surgery Booking Forms for Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund (Phase 4)

Community Solutions are introducing funding surgeries to assist applicants with their Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund (Phase 4) applications.

A funding surgery is an opportunity for an organisation to meet with a member of staff to discuss their application and determine if there are alternative sources of funding that are more suitable. These sessions will be led by 4 members of staff with 20minute slots.
