Description: This project uses the power of football to support young people aged 16–24, particularly men, who are experiencing poor mental health or are at risk of suicide. Activities include walk-and-talk stadium tours, gentle football sessions, and talks from professional players sharing their mental health experiences. The programme also offers Suicide Awareness and Safe Talk training, empowering peer support and signposting to local mental health services.
