Description: Innovative community support model that combines structured ADHD-informed group delivery with a live volunteer apprenticeship pathway. Volunteers with lived experience will be embedded directly within programme delivery, receiving mentoring and practical facilitation experience that supports progression toward independent delivery roles.

Community Mental Health Wellbeing Fund
Neurobrilliance Wellbeing Pathway (Skills not just pills)
Locality: Bellshill, Coatbridge, The North, Wishaw & Shotts
Length of Project: 2 Years
Total Funding: £29,837.00
Description: This project will operate on a rotational basis through the four localities, delivering one 10 week cycle at a time. Each cycle involves weekly group coaching sessions for adults with ADHD, 1-1 ADHD coaching and support and a Walk and Talk activity.

Description: This project will provide an open-access session in four community hubs, offering awareness, 1-2-1 support, group peer connection and practical self-management tools through group education. This outreach work connects people into ongoing support and community.

Description: A monthly Walk & Talk in local green spaces, encouraging gentle physical activity, stress relief, and informal peer connection in a relaxed, non-judgemental environment.
