Description: The project is a one-year pilot community drivers service designed to address gaps in access to health and social care services in the Cumbernauld and surrounding areas. The pilot service will operate flexibly whereby agency users can contact Cornerstone House Centre to enquire about and book transport for planned journeys.

Description: Cumbernauld Community Mental Health Hub project is designed to provide free emotional, practical, holistic and community supports to improve mental wellbeing while reducing mental health inequalities and stigma for Cumbernauld and North area residents. This initiative will address critical gaps in local mental health provisions by offering direct support, peer-led activities and community education.
