Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund Phase 4

Together We Thrive

Locality: NL Wide

Total Funding: £29,900.00

Description: The aim of this project is to create a safe place for youth, and their carer to support BAME girls by encouraging their involvement in their communities and providing a safe space where they can express themselves freely and have open conversations about mental health and wellbeing with the mother, or care giver.

Description: Pilot youth group to support BAME girls.

Art/Play Therapeutic Support

Description: Uses creative outlets to support young people dealing with depression, anxiety, behavioural issues and who have difficulty coping.  

Growth & Resilience Workshops

Clusters: Brannock, St Aidan's, St Maurice's

Total Funding: £32,000.00

Description: Provides young people with skills to improve their resilience and empower them to support their own mental health, providing them with longer term skills to support their own wellbeing.

Living Well in NL Community Groups

Locality: NL Wide

Total Funding: £43,453.30

Description: Supports for under-represented communities to learn and develop the skills and information they require to support their own mental health and wellbeing including Autistic, Refugee, Muslim women and Disabled communities.
