Description: To enhance knowledge and understanding of autism among adults, focusing on mental health risks, indicators, support strategies, and resilience-building in secondary schools, colleges, organisations, and among parents/carers. This includes helping individuals recognise their strengths and challenges while guiding them to seek appropriate support.

Lunch Club & Nurture Space

Description: Deliver a lunch club for autistic students to interact with other autistic students, creating a sense of community within the school and allowing them a space to regulate and get ready for the afternoon. This enables them to better manage their anxiety and reduce feelings of isolation.
