NHS Lanarkshire are looking to consult partner organisations on their response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, please see communication from Dr Nick Riches, Public Health Registrar, Public Health NHS Lanarkshire below:
Dear Colleague,
I am writing on behalf of the Public Health department at NHS Lanarkshire. We are undertaking a “wash-up” debrief with a large number of external partners in Lanarkshire to identify lessons we can learn about the public health response to the COVID-19 pandemic, in order to improve our response to any future health emergencies.
The debrief will consist of two parts:
- A structured debrief session to be held on Teams. We will schedule two identical sessions to be held on either the 3rd or 5th September 2024 from 1000-1300. We will send out ‘save the date’ invites for these events shortly and we will then confirm the sessions based on the responses.
- An short online questionnaire: https://forms.gle/mTx4ofBthBUbiDqQ8 – deadline for submissions is 23rd August 2024.
I would be very grateful if (in relation to the two parts of the debrief), if you could:
Structured debrief
- Provide the contact details for a named, suitable member of your organisation to attend one of the proposed debrief sessions.
- Please indicate which of the two proposed structured debrief sessions you would like to attend.
Online questionnaire
- Please complete the online debrief questionnaire using the above link.
Thank you for your time. Please let me know if you have any further questions about this exercise, including any suggestions about other people or organisations in Lanarkshire whom you think we should be engaging.
