NL Wide Consortium Meeting

Community Solutions hosts six local consortiums that are led by six local host organisations. The event is an opportunity for members of these consortiums to come together for NL wide updates and support from the Community Solutions and wider VANL team.
Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund (Phase 4) Information Session

Community Solutions will host an applicant information session for the launch of the new fund. This session will include a review of all application and guidance information as well as an opportunity to discuss project ideas and to ask questions.
North Lanarkshire Social Prescribing Network Event

This new network is for frontline practitioners in North Lanarkshire, delivering and supporting social prescribing services. The aim of the network is to strengthen the ‘supply’ end of social prescribing by increasing capacity of the community and voluntary sector to deliver interventions to meet ‘demand’ from Health and Social Care Partnership providers.
